Rapidly expanding Ecommerce operation are currently recruiting for an SEO Manager as their latest recruit in what has been a very exciting period of growth and investment in their digital operation.
My client undergoing a digital transformation is now looking to appoint an SEO Manager with outstanding technical SEO skills to coordinate all SEM strategies for the business.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
· Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimise existing content and uncover new opportunities
· Provide technical SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
· Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
· Develop and implement outreach and link building campaigns
· Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools)
· Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
· Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies
To be considered for this role you will require the following skills and experience:
· Three years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
· Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) process
· Experience working within Ecommerce & CMS platforms (Magento & Wordpress) an advantage
· Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
· Knowledge of PPC programs/campaigns and optimising data gathered from both organic and paid sources
· BS/BA degree / higher education qualification in relevant discipline
