Brand and Communications Consultant

Location: Solihull

Salary: £30,000 p.a.

Key aim: To deliver high-quality communications and bring to life the brand portfolio and value proposition.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and deliver all brand and retention marketing communications activities across all marketing channels

  • Build and manage high quality, rich content that engages conversation with target market

  • Deliver the internal communications plan to ensure internal engagement, awareness and sharing of success.

  • Provide analysis and insights to shape strategy and identify areas for improvement and new opportunities

  • Design, delivery and development of key communications

  • Work cross-functionally with digital marketing specialist on digital campaigns

  • Design, deliver and develop key marketing initiatives to drive employee and customer engagement

  • Embed customer segmentation and journey mapping across the business to support decisions and understanding.

  • Own, maintain and review the brand guidelines for the full portfolio, identifying key opportunities to drive brand engagement.

Person:

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work to tight deadlines

  • Proven track record in marketing and brand communications role – ideally 4 years’ experience minimum
