ESA Group are currently working with a leading UK Law Firm in Birmingham who are searching for a PR and Communications Executive to join their growing marketing function. This award-winning client is an excellent place to work with fluid a working environment and a real team orientated work ethic.
Responsibilities:
· Writing news stories to achieve media coverage across both region and trade media, with focus on client wins.
· Assisting in content preparation for both internal and external communications collateral.
· Organising and briefing photographers to ensure quality PR photographs will accompany news stories.
· Checking various communication channels to ensure company value and tone is fully portrayed.
· Ongoing press coverage monitoring and working closely with the communications assistant to prepare summaries for internal reviews.
Skills
· The candidate will have 2 years PR experience in a professional or financial services work environment.
· Very high quality written and media relation skills.
· Ability to develop and place stories with business, financial, legal and national press.
· Excellent project management skills and ability to work to deadlines.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has previous marketing experience within professional services or B2B environment to take on a role that will give them more responsibility.
