Marketing and PR Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000k p.a.
Location: Derbyshire
As PR and Marketing Manager, you will need to capture the magic and communicate that to new audiences through fully integrated PESO campaigns. Working across multiple social media, PR and marketing channels, you will be able to multi-task and prioritise to ensure that the maximum impact is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
Using the mediums of press, owned media, marketing and social media to:
Develop brand identity and communication strategies, expanding the company’s audience reach and sphere of public influence.
Generate good occupancy across all the company’s care homes and meet the company’s objectives for private %.
Increase search engine optimisation.
Organising marketing events.
Monitoring SEO performance through Google Analytics.
Improving internal engagement with our staff across the Company.
Working with the creative team to create imagery, videography and audio content in line with brand identity.
Managing advertising budgets and monitoring spend.
Person Specification:
Three years’ experience in PR and Marketing
Diligent and conscientious
Excellent communicator
Able to work to targets and deadlines
