Salary: £35,000 - £50,000k p.a.
An exciting opportunity to join an established and highly successful organisation as part of their wider digital team. You’ll have around 3 years’ (minimum) experience within user experience design, contributing to the full life cycle of successfully launching and running digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and deliver the user experience strategy for relevant projects you are responsible for, to meet business objectives and act as digital voice of customer
Deliver consistent and rewarding customer experiences across a range of devices
Establish and maintain brand ‘tone of voice’ for digital development touch points for all relevant projects
Identify and manage delivery of continuous improvements in customer experiences across all digital touch points
User testing, customer experience monitoring and providing insight on web analytics for all digital touch points
Develop wireframes, prototypes, user interfaces, interaction patterns to deliver engaging customer experiences
Working with Digital team to establish guidelines and bring digital experience language to life
Maintain ‘ecommerce’ best practises across the business
Agency management and stakeholder engagement
Key experience:
3 years minimum in user experience design
Strong communication skills
Passion for adopting a test and learn approach to optimise experiences
Customer-centric approach, willingness to go the extra mile
