Account Director
Location: West Midlands (North Birmingham)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000k p.a.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager or Marketer has arisen to join a leading, successful and vibrant full service integrated marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong client relationships through deep understanding and knowledge of client businesses, challenges and requirements.
- Identify and deliver effective campaigns and strategy seamlessly, consulting where necessary and flagging issues with a solutions focussed approach.
- Develop excellent briefs and ensure quality of creative work, project managing work to deliver an efficient and effective service.
- Spot additional business opportunities, driving and maintaining a pipeline of active opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and negotiate clear agreements on deadlines, priorities and expectations.
- Function flexibly within a matrix team and manage different team members depending on project objectives.
Experience:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Experience preferably in an agency but could be client side - B2C experience.
- A passion for ideas and creativity, always thinking about ways to improve.
- A flexible, adaptable, proactive approach and the ability to cope with a fast paced environment.
- The ability to inspire and persuade.
- A full clean driving licence and access to a car.
