A successful digital communications agency, their dedicated team provides a wide range of design services, including packaging, print, web, e-commerce, social media, apps and animation – plus, more strategic work including SEO, analytics, website heat-mapping and brand strategy.
The relationship
Source Design were looking for one year’s maternity cover for a Digital Marketing Executive and required a reliable agency to help them attract the right calibre of talent. It would be the first time Heathcote Recruitment Group (formerly ESA Group) would partner with the business and it was therefore crucial that a naturally creative person was found promptly, to help fill the temporary gap in Source’s team.
The focus was to find a skilled and confident candidate, who were a good fit for the friendly and driven company. They would ideally need at least 2 years of similar agency experience - plus good written and digital skills across a wide range of platforms including Google Analytics and Adobe packages. Whilst agency-side candidates can be straightforward to find, the challenge would be to find someone who would gel with the outgoing team and who could travel easily to Source’s Shropshire location.
The result
