I am currently working with an industry leading FMCG organisation who are looking for a passionate Senior Brand and Marketing Executive. Based in Tamworth the role will be a 12-month maternity cover contract
Key Responsibilities
• Working alongside the Marketing Manager and Sales / Brand Managers to develop and implement a marketing strategy for each brand that meets the expected brand sales growth objectives. Review for each Financial Year.
• Effective and timely delivery of the annual marketing plan for each brand in line with the budget.
• Developing creative Marketing, Advertising and PR campaigns to raise the profile of each brand through trade and consumer channels.
• Delivering a strong focus on digital to engage and grow brand awareness.
• Applying marketing expertise to assist the Sales and Brand Managers in gaining new business and the retention of loyal customers and suppliers.
• Developing effective measurement of the success of marketing activities measuring the impact on sales, brand awareness and return on investment.
Key Skills
• Thorough understanding of the whole marketing mix to include Social Media
• Creative writing skills and creative thinking
• Proof reading and approving written and design work
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
• Comfortable in public speaking and presenting
• Excellent social skills with ability to work as part of a friendly team
• Computer skills – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM package
